EasyStepUK works closely with community members through surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to ensure our projects accurately reflect the real needs of new immigrants.
Our team includes immigration advisors, cultural exchange specialists, and community project managers with years of hands-on experience in immigrant support and cultural integration.

Our Purpose and Objects:
- Our charity’s mission is to improve the lives of those affected by economic hardship, unemployment, and social isolation. We are dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees integrate smoothly into British society through resources that support employment, housing, and cultural adjustment.
Core Objectives:
- Vocational Training and Job Search Assistance: Workshops and skill-building programs to enhance employability and promote self-sufficiency.
- Relief of Social and Economic Needs: Services to navigate housing, cultural integration, and access to social services, ensuring a holistic approach to settlement.
Objects
The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of those persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.
The relief of unemployment of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by assisting in the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and support and such other ways as the trustees may determine.
To relieve the needs of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by providing advice, services and resources that help them:
-navigate social and economic challenges.
- secure employment, housing, and community support.
- access information and services to integrate effectively into UK society, culture, community life and systems;
- understand housing options and tenancy rights;
- access learning opportunities that promote educational development and lifelong skills.
