EasyStepUK works closely with community members through surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to ensure our projects accurately reflect the real needs of new immigrants.
Our team includes immigration advisors, cultural exchange specialists, and community project managers with years of hands-on experience in immigrant support and cultural integration.

Our Purpose and Objects:
- Our charity’s mission is to improve the lives of those affected by economic hardship, unemployment, and social isolation. We are dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees integrate smoothly into British society through resources that support employment, housing, and cultural adjustment.
Core Objectives:
- Vocational Training and Job Search Assistance: Workshops and skill-building programs to enhance employability and promote self-sufficiency.
- Relief of Social and Economic Needs: Services to navigate housing, cultural integration, and access to social services, ensuring a holistic approach to settlement.
Objects
The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of those persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.
The relief of unemployment of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by assisting in the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and support and such other ways as the trustees may determine.
To relieve the needs of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by providing advice, services and resources that help them:
-navigate social and economic challenges.
- secure employment, housing, and community support.
- access information and services to integrate effectively into UK society, culture, community life and systems;
- understand housing options and tenancy rights;
- access learning opportunities that promote educational development and lifelong skills.
Mark P. is a fractional CFO and business consultant with over 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, trade finance, investment facilitation, business planning, business immigration, and career mentoring.
Having spent 15 years in international corporate roles before establishing his own consultancy 20 years ago, Mark has guided individuals and businesses in financing, business strategy, and UK market entry. His expertise spans multiple industries, including financial planning and analysis, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, trade finance, and international development.
As an entrepreneur and mentor, Mark specializes in helping migrants integrate into the UK’s professional environment, navigate business investment, and develop sustainable business models. He also provides career coaching to help individuals succeed in the UK job market.

Shawn Wang is the Managing Director of Stephen Crown Group, with over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and financial strategy. He holds the prestigious FCCA (Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant) designation and an MBA, and completed advanced studies in Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School.
Shawn began his career in accounting and auditing, gaining experience at Hurkan Sayman & Co and later serving as Practice Manager at Y.W.C. Accountants. He has been leading Stephen Crown Group since 2010, helping businesses grow through sound financial management and strategic insight.
Beyond his corporate role, Shawn is dedicated to community development. He has served as Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Association since 2012, supporting Chinese professionals and entrepreneurs in the UK.
As a mentor at EasyStepUK, Shawn brings a wealth of expertise and leadership, helping guide new immigrants and young professionals in their career and business development journeys.
Rongxue Zheng is a highly experienced art educator with a master’s degree in Fine Arts and the title of Associate Professor in China. She spent over a decade teaching at Yunnan College of Business Management, where she specialized in early childhood art education, helping future preschool teachers develop skills in drawing, creativity, and visual expression. Her courses included Fundamentals of Art, Children’s Creative Art, Handicrafts, and Kindergarten Environment Design.
Ms. Zheng is passionate about the arts and skilled in sketching, painting, and creative instruction. She has published a range of academic papers, authored the book Modern Sketching Techniques and Teaching Guidance, and holds five Chinese design patents. Her teaching excellence has been recognized with multiple national awards in art education competitions.
As an Art Education Mentor at EasyStepUK, Rongxue will lead creative art sessions and appreciation courses for immigrant families and children, using the power of visual arts to support cultural integration, creativity, and confidence-building.
