EasyStepUK is a registered charity delivering community wellbeing, education, employability, cultural and community programmes. Our work is supported by proportionate governance, safeguarding, risk management and quality-assurance arrangements.

Professional standards and training
Our delivery team maintains qualifications and training relevant to its responsibilities, including:
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)
• Electrical Safety Awareness Certificate, RoSPA assured
• QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

Professional memberships held by relevant individuals include the Society for Education and Training, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and The Tutors’ Association.

Safeguarding and duty of care
Safeguarding is embedded in our governance and operational practice. Staff and volunteers complete appropriate safeguarding training, refreshed in line with their roles and recommended renewal cycles. Activities are supported by risk assessments, suitable supervision, first-aid arrangements and clear reporting procedures.

Health, safety and quality assurance
We use documented risk assessments, safe systems of work, clear role boundaries, ongoing training and participant feedback to support safe delivery and continuous improvement. EasyStepUK does not undertake electrical inspection, testing or repair work.

Transparency and accountability
Governance documents, safeguarding policies, training records, risk assessments and insurance information can be provided to funders, commissioners and delivery partners on request.
