What you will learn
Qualified English teachers guide practical conversations, useful phrases and supportive correction. Each week includes a short practice task and brief individual feedback.
Week 1 — Introductions and clarification
Week 2 — Appointments and GP reception role-plays
Week 3 — Shopping, returns and polite requests
Week 4 — Phone calls, messages and asking for help
Week 5 — Describing skills and practising interviews
Week 6 — Practical role-plays, progress task and next steps
Who the course is for
Adults aged 18+ at approximately A2–B1 level who can introduce themselves and take part in a short, simple conversation.
You need reliable internet, a microphone and a quiet place to join. Contact info@easystepuk.org before booking for a brief level check or accessibility support. Complete beginners can ask about our separate free ESOL provision.
Booking, joining and refunds
Bookings close: 6 November 2026 at 23:30 UK time.
Minimum enrolment: six paying learners; course confirmation by 7 November.
Private joining link: sent to registered learners by 12 November.
If EasyStepUK cancels, the minimum is not reached, or an agreed timetable change means you cannot attend, we refund the full amount paid, including mandatory fees.
Cancel before the first lesson for a full refund. After the course starts, unused future lessons are refundable at one-sixth of the amount paid per lesson. Email info@easystepuk.org for refunds, including requests within 24 hours of the first lesson. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
A course with a community purpose
EasyStepUK is a registered charity, number 1210944. Fees cover delivery costs; any surplus supports our charitable work helping people build skills, confidence and connections in the UK. Our existing free ESOL provision remains separate.
Learner sessions are not publicly livestreamed or recorded by default. This course is not an accredited qualification or IELTS/visa English test preparation. We do not guarantee employment, exam results or a CEFR-level increase. Course enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not email identity documents or sensitive personal information.
