How to Contact EasyStepUK

For participants and families
For help with ESOL classes, wellbeing activities, employability support or community events, email info@easystepuk.org. Please include the activity, your preferred location and any access needs.

For volunteers
View the current roles on our Volunteer Opportunities page, then email info@easystepuk.org with a short introduction, your interests, availability and relevant experience. Some roles may require references, safeguarding training or an appropriate DBS check.

For councils, schools, funders and community partners
We welcome enquiries about commissioned programmes, grant-funded delivery, venue partnerships, referrals, sponsorship and in-kind support. Email info@easystepuk.org and include your organisation, proposed area of work, location, timescale and budget or funding programme where relevant.

For cultural workshops
Schools, councils, businesses, venues and community organisations can enquire about paid Chinese cultural workshops and inclusive community activities through info@easystepuk.org.

Safeguarding
If your enquiry concerns safeguarding or the immediate welfare of a participant, clearly mark the email “Safeguarding”. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
