EasyStepUK is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 1210944) supporting migrants, refugees and families experiencing economic hardship, unemployment or social isolation.

We listen to local communities through surveys, questionnaires, focus groups and participant feedback so that our programmes respond to genuine needs.

Our team brings practical experience in community integration, education, cultural exchange and project delivery. We work with councils, schools, funders, venues and community organisations to deliver inclusive, accessible programmes across London and the wider UK.

Charity and Quality Assurance

Our charitable status can be verified through the Charity Commission’s public register. EasyStepUK is also an education and professional training provider, with courses quality-assured through recognised UK awarding organisations, including Focus Awards.

• EasyStepUK’s trustees and delivery team have extensive experience in community integration and inclusive programme delivery.

Our Purpose and Objects:

 - Our charity’s mission is to improve the lives of those affected by economic hardship, unemployment, and social isolation. We are dedicated to helping immigrants and refugees integrate smoothly into British society through resources that support employment, housing, and cultural adjustment.

Core Objectives:

 - Vocational Training and Job Search Assistance: Workshops and skill-building programs to enhance employability and promote self-sufficiency.

 - Relief of Social and Economic Needs: Services to navigate housing, cultural integration, and access to social services, ensuring a holistic approach to settlement.

Objects

1. The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of those persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.

2. The relief of unemployment of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by assisting in the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and support and such other ways as the trustees may determine.

3. To relieve the needs of new immigrants and refugees in the UK by providing advice, services and resources that help them:

      -navigate social and economic challenges.

      - secure employment, housing, and community support.

      - access information and services to integrate effectively into UK society, culture, community life and systems;

      - understand housing options and tenancy rights;

     - access learning opportunities that promote educational development and lifelong skills.

We’re proud to be a license holder at Forum@Greenwich, a vibrant community centre supporting local charities, social enterprises, and learning organisations. Our new EasyStepUK office is based here, providing a welcoming space for community engagement, training, and volunteer coordination.
