Professional Standards & Training
EasyStepUK maintains appropriate professional competence to support compliant and high-quality delivery. Our delivery team holds relevant qualifications and accredited training, including:
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)
Electrical Safety Awareness Certificate (CPD-accredited, RoSPA assured, aligned with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989)
QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

Electrical safety training supports the delivery of awareness-based education and risk-prevention activities. EasyStepUK does not undertake electrical inspection, testing, or repair works.
Safeguarding & Duty of Care
Safeguarding is embedded within EasyStepUK’s governance and operational practice. Our safeguarding arrangements are aligned with UK statutory guidance and Charity Commission expectations.
Staff and volunteers complete accredited safeguarding training with CPD-certified providers
Training is refreshed in line with recommended renewal cycles
Clear procedures are in place for recognising, reporting, and responding to safeguarding concerns
All activities are supported by risk assessments, appropriate supervision, and first aid provision
This framework supports safe participation for children, young people, adults at risk, and people with disabilities across all programmes and public events.
