EasyStepUK’s main office and community hub are located at Forum@Greenwich, where we coordinate our South East London programmes and deliver community services. Our presence at the Forum enables strong partnership working across Greenwich, including service delivery, volunteer coordination, and engagement with local networks and residents.

Shawn Wang – Mentor, EasyStepUK

Shawn Wang is the Managing Director of Stephen Crown Group, an FCCA-qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, and financial strategy. As a mentor at EasyStepUK, he supports migrants and young professionals with career development, entrepreneurship, and financial planning.

Rongxue Zheng – Art Education Mentor, EasyStepUK

Rongxue Zheng is an associate professor and experienced art educator with a master’s degree in Fine Arts and extensive expertise in early childhood art education. At EasyStepUK, she leads creative art sessions that foster confidence, creativity, and cultural integration for children and families.

Sifu Paul Simpson – Martial Arts Mentor, EasyStepUK

Sifu Paul Simpson is a highly experienced Kung Fu instructor who brings together advanced training in Wing Chun, Qigong (Chi Kung), Iron Shirt conditioning, and Shaolin weapons. As the head of a full-time Wing Chun school in Lewisham, he provides structured, high-quality training in a professional environment, supporting students to develop skill, discipline, and confidence.
