How to Apply
Please send us: A short CV (max 2 pages).
1. Do I need to consent for my video interview to be shared publicly?
No. Your video will only be used for internal recruitment purposes. We will not share it on social media or any other platform without your explicit written consent. Consent is entirely optional and will not affect your application outcome.
2. Is there a fixed deadline to complete the video assessment?
There is no strict fixed deadline. However, we encourage you to submit your assessment as soon as possible so that the recruitment team can review it in a timely manner. If you require more time, please let us know by email and we will try to accommodate your needs.
3. When will I know if I have been accepted?
Due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in being shortlisted or progressing to the next stage. If you do not hear from us within a reasonable timeframe, this should be taken to mean that your application has not been successful. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Do I need to answer all ten questions within 5–7 minutes?
Yes, please aim to cover all of the listed questions within the suggested timeframe. The time is a guideline rather than a strict limit — we value clear and concise answers.
5. Is it mandatory to share the video on Instagram or YouTube?
No. Sharing your video publicly is entirely optional and not required for the recruitment process.
6. Can you provide the job description and responsibilities?
The role description, responsibilities, and conditions are outlined in the original job advertisement. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email for clarification.
7. I am a student with a 20-hour weekly visa restriction. Can I still apply?
Yes. We welcome student applicants. However, you must ensure you comply with the visa restriction of working no more than 20 hours per week during term time. EasyStepUK fully complies with UK immigration regulations.
8. Can payment be delayed or transferred to a family member’s account?
No. For legal and safeguarding reasons, payment can only be made directly to the applicant’s own UK bank account. If you do not yet have a UK account, please contact us for guidance.
9. What if my bank account is overseas (e.g. Spain)?
We can make international transfers if you provide your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details. Please note that international transfers may take longer and may incur additional bank fees.
10. What is the recruitment process?
The general process is:
Submission of application
Written assessment
Email notification and next steps
11. I applied for the Project Coordinator role but was asked to record a video. Is this part of the process?

This allows us to better understand your skills and suitability for the role. The assessment method may vary depending on the position, and full details will always be provided by email.
12. How long does it take to receive an update after each stage?
Timelines vary depending on the role. If you are shortlisted for the next stage, we will notify you by email. If you do not hear further from us, it means that your application has not been successful.
