Introduction
EasyStepUK is a UK-registered charity supporting children, young people, and families through inclusive education, arts, and community programmes.
In early 2026, we will be launching free children’s learning activities at Drawing Room, London, and we are now recruiting volunteer tutors and facilitators to support this programme.
Volunteer Roles
We are currently recruiting volunteers in the following areas:
1. Children’s Art & Drawing Volunteers
Drawing / painting / creative arts
Suitable for art students, art teachers, illustrators, or creatives
Experience working with children is welcomed but not essential
2. English Language Support Volunteers
Supporting children with spoken English, reading, and confidence
Ideal for education students, ESOL tutors, or community volunteers
3. STEM Education Volunteers (UK Curriculum)
Maths, Science, Coding, or general STEM support
Particularly welcome: university students, graduates, or professionals

Role Overview
We are seeking Volunteer English and STEM Education Supporters to assist with free learning sessions for children as part of EasyStepUK’s education and community programmes.
These sessions aim to build children’s confidence, communication skills, and interest in learning, aligned with the UK education context.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting children with spoken English, reading, or basic writing
Assisting with Maths, Science, or STEM-related activities
Providing encouragement and learning support in small groups
Supporting inclusive and child-friendly learning sessions
Who This Role Is For
University students or graduates (Education, English, STEM-related fields)
Qualified or trainee teachers
Professionals interested in volunteering within education
Volunteers passionate about supporting children’s learning
Teaching qualifications are not required. Training and safeguarding guidance will be provided.

Role Overview
EasyStepUK is recruiting Volunteer Project Coordinators to support the smooth delivery of our children’s education, arts, and community programmes.
This role focuses on on-the-day coordination, venue support, and helping sessions run safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a point of contact during sessions、
Liaising with venue staff, tutors, and volunteers
Supporting room setup, pack-down, and session logistics
Managing attendance sign-in and basic session administration
Supporting safeguarding, health & safety procedures
Who This Role Is For
Students interested in project coordination, events, or community work
Volunteers with good organisational and communication skills
Individuals who prefer coordination and support roles rather than teaching
Anyone seeking experience within a UK charity environment
No formal qualifications are required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
