What you’ll experience
• Learn how dumpling fillings and wrappers are prepared.
• Practise traditional folding techniques with step-by-step guidance.
• Discover cultural stories behind Chinese dumplings.
• Cook and enjoy the dumplings you make.
• Meet other participants in a friendly, welcoming setting.
All ingredients and equipment are included. No previous cooking experience is required. The workshop is suitable for individuals, couples, families, friends and small groups. Open to London residents and visitors to the UK.
The free Tai Chi session is optional. You can attend the dumpling experience without joining Tai Chi.
