11:00–12:00 — Free Tai Chi: gentle movement for balance, flexibility and wellbeing. Beginners welcome.
12:00–13:00 — Free ESOL English for Beginners: practical English for shopping, appointments, travel and everyday conversation.
Thursday
13:00–14:00 — Free Self-Defence: beginner-friendly techniques for confidence and personal safety.

Who can join?
Adults of all backgrounds and experience levels. No previous experience is required. A welcoming community with supportive session leaders, free bottled water and light refreshments.
